Coaching Lab

The Coaching Lab Academy (CLA) is designed for anyone who would like to master the fundamentals of Coaching to improve their workplace leadership skills or to launch their very own coaching business.

CLA students get 6 months to complete all course work & certification criteria. It really depends on your current work/life schedule & how many time you dedicate to studying each week.

CLA students must complete all course work; this includes the online course & required readings & submit 3 x recorded coaching sessions to apply for certification. The recorded sessions are reviewed by our Head Coach & a confirmation email is sent to inform the student that they have passed & are officially certified.

The total cost of the Coaching Lab Academy is $1997 (AUD). Payment plans are available upon request and offered on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Simply book a discovery call to enrol and organise your payment plan. Your first payment is required to secure your spot upon sign up.

Whilst it is quite common for students to have other certifications & to have completed their own personal development journey, it is not a prerequisite. No prior training or certifications are required to join CLA & all students get private coaching during their enrolment.

This is a great question to ask any training provider! Unlike other coaching certification, the CLA provides, private 1:1 coaching, self-paced online content & live group calls. We also encourage using any other modalities you have with our 5 step coaching framework allowing you to provide an authentic transformational experience for your clients. This is why we tend to attract many spiritual coaches and/or healers. We are focused on results & empowering you in becoming an exceptional coach that can stand out from the crowd. CLA also provides Speaker Training, Facilitation Training, course creation training & support with launching your Coaching business. Unlike other courses that certify you in 1 or 2 days, we have fortnightly practice sessions called coaching labs & review your practice coaching sessions to ensure your are prepared to work with real clients. Sadly, we see many new coaches in the industry complete training but not feel confident in applying it. We focus on mastery & this is why our training is structured the way it is.
